A hailstorm in Colorado on Wednesday night injured nearly 100 concertgoers at the famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver, and a day later, hail the size of baseballs struck the same area.
The baseball-sized hail, which fell into the late afternoon in and around Morrison, Colorado, could"severely injure people and animals outdoors," the National Weather Service said Thursday, per Denver7 News.Here we go again, folks. Hail is once again pelting Morrison, Colorado.
The West Metro Fire Rescue said that night that seven people were brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and 80 to 90 others were treated on the scene. Some in attendance said they were almost trampled, with one woman telling CNN she managed to hide and used her backpack to protect herself and another girl.
