Clouds to the north, partly cloudy across the I-70 corridor, and sunny in the southern half of the state Tuesday afternoon. Another FROST ADVISORY is in effect for Wednesday morning. We’re facing a very windy, wet weekend in Central Ohio .for most of Central Ohio again, 4 AM to 9 AM Wednesday. Early-morning temperatures will be cold enough for frost, especially in rural areas. Sensitive plants will need to be covered again.
Another low-pressure center gets cranked up, just east of the Rocky Mountains, on Wednesday and begins its trek across the continent. As it deepens, it will create gusty winds across the middle of the country and push a warm front into Ohio. By Wednesday evening, showers along the warm front will drift into Central Ohio. The rain doesn’t look heavy, but it may be just enough to wet the roads. Northern Ohio will see more showers than Central Ohio.
