Former UFC champion Conor McGregor has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at an NBA Finals game between the MiamiHeat and Denver Nuggets last week. The woman said McGregor 'violently' forced himself on her inside a VIP men's bathroom.
The woman said McGregor"violently" forced himself on her inside a VIP men's bathroom at Kaseya Center in Miami, according to a letter sent to McGregor and his team. She also said McGregor"aggressively kissed her" and tried to force her into multiple sexual acts and that he was aided by security at the arena.McGregor denied the allegations through his attorney Barbara Llanes, who released a statement, reading,"Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.
In letters sent to McGregor by the woman's attorney, Ariel Mitchell, she said,"Security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom," per TMZ. Mitchell claimed McGregor came out of a stall"and shoved his tongue in the victim's mouth and aggressively kissed her."
Mitchell said the woman is seeking settlements with the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor in lieu of litigation.
