Construction is ready to start on next tower at the Dallas Cowboys’ Star in Frisco
The new high-rise on the tollway will house offices for the New York-based Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association.
The more than half million-square-foot high-rise has been fully leased to New York-based Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association — one of the nation’s largest pension funds and financial advisers.that it would bring 2,000 jobs to the Frisco project starting when the building is finished in 2024. Along with the Cowboys, the $1.5 billion Star development is home to the Texas headquarters of beverage firm Keurig Dr Pepper.
