Former Coronation Street actress Nicola Thorp has announced that she has given birth to her first child with her fiance Nikesh Patel and shared a powerful message alongside the news
The actress shared on Instagram that she and her fiance Nikesh Patel are now parents to a baby girl, saying they're "shattered" but "smitten".
"Everything they say about birth being a rollercoaster of emotions is true. We're shattered and smitten and everything in between. "If like us you feel helpless, please consider donating to the United Nations Sexual and Reproductive Health Agency, who are responding to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and supporting pregnant women, new mums and their babies. Every child deserves to be born into safety."Nicola and Nikesh confirmed they were expecting their first child back in September when the TalkTV host shared a snap of her bump on Instagram.
