Coronation Street star Julia Goulding has revealed that she has given birth to her second child and has taken to Instagram to announce her daughter's very unique name
Congratulations are in order for Coronation Street star Julia Goulding who has given birth to her second baby with her husband Ben SIlver.
“On Saturday our little girl arrived. We’re absolutely elated and Franklin is besotted with his little sister, Emmeline Beanie Silver. She’s perfect,” she wrote. Despite previously being a common name in the 19th century, Emmeline fell out of favour a century later though has gradually increased in use in recent years. With suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst having the moniker herself, its connections to female equality is perfect for inspiring any little girl.
With Beanie Feldstein’s real name being Elizabeth, Beanie is an invented nickname, meaning that not a lot is known about its actual meaning. However, the actress says that she was given the nickname after being called “Elizabeanie” by her childhood nanny.
