While Coronation Street fans may have been wondering what this means for her character Bethany Platt, Lucy recently took to social media to reassure fans that they haven't seen the last of the soap icon. Posting on her Instagram story, she wrote: "Lots of Corrie related q's - I won't be away for toooo long and I am returning after I pop the baby out."
