Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver has lost a whopping three stone in weight and she has now revealed the one change she made in lockdown that helped her shift the pounds.
Coronation Street icon Sue Cleaver has opened up about the significant change that led to her impressive three-stone weight loss post-pandemic.
According to the Mirror, Sue chose to quit alcohol after realising she was consuming "lots of red wine" throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Sue admits that her wine consumption during lockdown contributed to significant weight gain. She continued: "Then I did dry January and I thought: 'I wonder what life would be like if I stopped completely?'
She added: "That's why I'll never promote anything weight-related, and it's why I'd always compliment somebody on their smile or outfit, rather than their weight." Top showbiz news She firmly stated her stance against such products and confirmed that while she did shed pounds post-jungle, it was not due to any fad diets.
