There's a hospital dash, a shock confirmation and a planned exit in Coronation Street next week. Another busy week for the Weatherfield residents will kick off on Monday when an angry Cassie storms off after being told to keep quiet at the meeting with the taxi firm and let Kevin, Tyrone and Abi do the talking.
Kevin tells Abi he found Cassie drunk and let her spend the night on their couch but she doesn’t want Tyrone to find out. Cassie calls at the garage and thanks Kevin for not grassing her up to Tyrone. But as Kevin goes to put the kettle on, Cassie watches him fondly. After, Maria heads to number 11 demanding answers from Dylan and Mason but Mason denies having anything to do with it. Liam then receives a text from Mason threatening to beat him up if he snitches on him. Following the threat, Liam's desperate to avoid Mason, and the next day, makes out he’s sick and Maria calls the school.
Also, Jenny tells Stephen that although she can see the appeal of moving to Thailand on a permanent basis, it's a pipedream and a holiday will do. Stephen shows Jenny a picture of a bar in Thailand and explains that a friend owns it and he’s looking for a new manager.
