Vancouver, British Columbia-- - Crescent Global Gold Ltd. reports that, pursuant to the recently completed second tranche of a non-brokered private placement , it has acquired beneficial ownership of an additional 4,140,000 common shares of Visionary Metals Corp. as well as 2,070,000 Common Share purchase warrants . Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.10 for a period of 48 months from the closing date of the Transaction.
The Common Shares and Warrant Shares acquired pursuant to the Transaction represent approximately 3.93% of the current issued and outstanding Common Shares. Immediately prior to the Transaction, Crescent held 14,039,973 Common Shares, representing pre-Transaction holdings of approximately 9.36% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
