DancingOnIce fans confused as Matt Hancock appears in audience and teases stint
Matt Hancock was one of the well known faces in the Dancing On Ice audience at Sunday's live show, with the former health secretary attending the ITV show with girlfriend Gina Coladangelo.
"It's great to be here," Matt told Holly, who then proceeded to ask him what kind of music could encourage him to get up and dance. He admitted: "I think I could do with dressing up a bit, but this is nothing - I mean it is so hard. Eating cockroaches is nothing compared to how difficult this is."Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Why is Matt Hancock in the #DancingOnIce audience tonight? After I’m A Celeb, he’s really taking this showbiz life to the extreme."
The former health secretary appeared on the show while parliament was sitting last Autumn and had the Conservative Party whip suspended for jetting off to Australia when he should have been focussing on his work as an MP.
