And with Good Friday around the corner, Frank Recruitment Group has solved the calculations for us with a hack meaning that you can more than double your time off this Easter to get a well-deserved rest.This hack works for employees in Scotland who get Bank Holidays off as part of their contract with their employer and typically work Monday to Friday.
This means workers should request April 3 until April 6 off as April 7 marks Good Friday, when people who get bank holidays, are off. It gets even better in May, when you have the chance to use the same amount of leave but instead enjoy 10 days away from work, thanks to the Early May Bank Holiday on the May 1 and King Charles III’s coronation on May 8 - a week apart.
