DAVID Beckham has arrived for Sven-Goran Eriksson's funeral - with the former England captain set to lead mourners.
A source told The Sun: “David will be going to the funeral - he was very close to Sven and wants to say goodbye in person. Sven’s crème-coloured coffin was flanked by six candles and surrounded by around 20 multi-coloured floral tributes. The soccer boss’s white flower decked coffin was borne into red-bricked Frysande Church in his home town of Torsby in western Sweden at 6.30am before the first mourners arrived.
Two soloists will perform Elton John’s hit Candle in the Wind and Frank Sinatra’s classic My Way as Sven bids friends and fans an emotional final farewell.
