The Dead Island 2 showcase has offered another look at the game's gory gameplay, Amazon Alexa voice controls, and more...
Dead Island 2's gameplay during the showcase heavily focuses on the devastation you can wreak on the undead bone bags wandering the sunny streets of 'Hell-A,' but Deep Silver still managed to squeeze in a small look at the previously announced Alexa voice controls and reveal the Collector's Edition content.
We've been waiting for a very, very long time to see if Dead Island 2 can replace its predecessor as one of the, and looking at the gameplay revealed during the showcase, it's looking promising. As expected, what has been revealed is nothing short of a masquerade of violence as the undead are dispatched in a glorious dance of death.
After its recent delay, Dead Island 2 will be launching on April 28th for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Preorders are now live for both the Standard and Hell-A Editions of the game. Preordering Dead Island 2 will unlock the Banoi war club and Banoi baseball bat to use in-game — a nod to the original game.
