iHandy Ltd, the company behind makeup app Sweet Cam, was slapped with a hefty lawsuit bystar is suing the app for using her likeness without permission for promotional purposes – or the “unauthorized use and fraudulent commercial exploitation of Kim Kardashian West’s photograph and worldwide instantly recognizable celebrity persona” in official terms.
