Hundreds of members of the public sent the police videos during May showing examples of bad driving.
A driver attempting to overtake a tractor on the A30 near Penzance received a £247 fine and six penalty points
The footage was submitted to road safety initiative Operation Snap in May, includes near misses on several roads, and a van driving on a busy pavement. Adrian Leisk, Devon & Cornwall Police’s Head of Road Safety, said: "We really hope Operation Snap acts as a deterrent to this minority who think that they won't be detected driving in an appalling manner."Other clips captured show a lorry swerving over motorway lanes, vehicles passing cyclists too closely and one driver jumping a red light. Many of the drivers featured were handed penalty points, and issued fines.
