The trick has 'zero side effects' and could eliminate the excruciating pain migraine sufferers have to deal with

A doctor has explained the science behind a trick for getting rid of migraines that involves soaking your feet in hot water.

Dr Sood, who works at the National Spine and Pain Centers in Germantown, Maryland, shared a video explaining why the hot water trick may help to relieve migraine pain, Liverpool Echo reports. Explaining the science behind the trick, he said: “This will dilate the blood vessels in your foot, pulling blood away from your head, which will ease the pressure on the blood vessels causing your migraine. Which will in turn decrease your pain.”
