Donald Trump, Melania Trump begin quarantine process after Hope Hicks gets COVID-19
are waiting for their COVID-19 test results after aide and former White House Communications Director Hope Hicks tested positive for the disease.
"Hope Hicks, who has been working so hard without even taking a small break, has just tested positive for Covid 19. Terrible! The First Lady and I are waiting for our test results. In the meantime, we will begin our quarantine process!" Trump tweeted at 10:44 p.m. Earlier on Thursday, the White House circulated the president's public schedule for Friday which included a rally at the Orlando Sanford International Airport. It is currently unknown if the president will go ahead with Friday's rally.Hicks started to feel mild symptoms on Wednesday's plane ride back to Washington, D.C. from the president's Minnesota campaign rally, according to the Associated Press.

"We mourn for all of those who lost a loved one, and in their memory, we will defeat the virus. Through advances in treatment, we have reduced the fatality rate by 85 percent since just April. We are on track to develop and distribute a vaccine before the end of the year, and maybe substantially before. And I just want to say that the end of the pandemic is in sight, and next year will be one of the greatest years in the history of our country," Trump said at the dinner.
