Dr. Nathaniel Horn, the husband of longtime Democratic U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly of Matteson, died Friday, the congresswoman said in a statement. Horn, who had been married to the five-term congresswoman for 20 years, was 68. No information on a cause of death was made available. “My husband was a remarkable man. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him and loved him,” Kelly said“Whether he was ‘dad,’ ‘grandpa,’ or “Nate,’ his impact on all who knew him and loved him will never be forgotten,” she wrote.In addition to his wife, Horn is survived by two daughters, two stepchildren and two grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were pending, the congresswoman said.
