She is now urging others to attend mammogram appointments
Dragons' Den star Kelly Hoppen has revealed she has been diagnosed with breast cancer after "ignoring" routine mammogram appointments for eight years.
The star went on to explain that she sometimes overlooked the invitations, whilst at other times she booked an appointment for the breast screening but later cancelled due to work commitments. Kelly said she was later asked to return for a follow-up mammogram, before having an ultrasound and biopsies, including the removal of a sample of tissue from her right breast.
