10:12 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Hamilton Avenue: A man, 49, was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be DUI. 4:47 p.m. at Parsons and Fairbanks: Someone brandished a handgun at the victim after he thought the victim cut him off on San Tomas Expressway. 3:15 a.m. at Bascom and Apricot avenues: A man, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and had a warrant.
2:44 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 57, told care facility staff that he wanted to get a gun so that he could shoot staff at the facility. He was transported to the main jail. 2:26 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17: A 17-year-old was driving a stolen vehicle. An officer located the vehicle and the suspect’s backpack, which contained a loaded Glock 22 .40 with an extended magazine, a loaded Smith and Wesson 627 .357 and a magazine to a Glock 19. The serial number to the Glock was scratched off.8:07 a.m. in the 00 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 25, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
Overnight in the 100 block of East Rincon Avenue: Someone forced entry into the rear residence on the property through a window. No loss was reported.
