Fraser Bohm, a driver who was once placed in custody in the deadly Malibu crash on the Pacific Coast Highway that killed four Pepperdine University students, is arrested once again.
PREV. COVERAGE: The Malibu community continues to grieve after four college seniors at Pepperdine University were killed in a devastating crash on Pacific Coast Highway. The students were identified as Asha Weir, Niamh Rolston, Deslyn Williams, and Peyton Stewart.announced Fraser Bohm was re-arrested in the Oct. 17 crash. Bohm, 22, was booked hours after the crash but was shortly let go due to lack of evidence at the time of the investigation.
The Oct. 17 crash killed 20-year-old Niamh Rolston, 21-year-old Peyton Stewart, 21-year-old Asha Weir and 21-year-old Deslyn Williams. All four were seniors at the university's Seaver College of Liberal Arts. As of Tuesday, October 24, it is unknown what prompted LASD to re-arrest Bohm. He was briefly booked on October 18 but was not formally named a suspect in the Oct. 17 PCH crash until Tuesday.LASD did not specify the new charges Bohm will face in the Malibu crash.
