Holland, the top-ranked player in Texas, signed his letter of intent in November, one month before head coach Chris Beard was arrested on a third-degree felony charge of assault and later suspended.and promoted interim coach Rodney Terry to head coach after Texas’ run to the Sweet 16 in the 2023 NCAA tournament.
