Former Manchester United striker Dwight Yorke laments Marcus Rashford's desire to leave the club, believing he should be enjoying his peak years at Old Trafford.
Dwight Yorke has revealed his frustration over Marcus Rashford 's situation at Manchester United while discussing his likely departure from the club.
"When I leave it's going to be 'no hard feelings'. You're not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That's me as a person. If I know that a situation is already bad I'm not going to make it worse. I've seen how other players have left in the past and I don't want to be that person. When I leave I'll make a statement and it will be from me.
"I know everybody is having a go at him and making life difficult, and he's obviously on the money that he's on, but this must be really upsetting for him, seeing how his United career is coming to an end. He'll look back at this period when he’s older and think, ‘Shit. I didn't see that happening that way.’
