After 16 years in the NBA, Dwyane Wade says he's in the best shape of his life as a retiree. Here are the daily practices he does for wellness.
Dwyane Wade's four-step morning routine
"I had to go out and find my own information. I was looking for the things that could help me perform in all of the ways that I need to perform as someone who still looks at himself as an athlete. But I'm aging," says Wade. And though other former athletes happily give up the gym once they retire, Wade still likes to keep in shape, joking that he's "a narcissist about how I look." The 2006 NBA Finals MVP sticks to a strict training routine.
