Series 9 of the winter Love Island series kicked off back in Jan, with Maya Jama making her presenting debut in replacement of Laura Whitmore.
27 year old Olivia Hawkins, who made her debut as a contestant last week, had viewers in a frenzy about where they knew her from - aside from her recent appearance in Eastenders. While this might seem pretty random, Olivia’s day job makes it make more sense. Away from the South African villa, she’s actually an actress and ring girl, and as well as Love Island and Eastenders , Olivia has a string of other credits to her name.
