Eamonn Holmes has branded Phillip Schofield “delusional” in response to the former ITV star’s claim that there is “no toxicity” atIn a scathing tweet posted on Monday morning, Holmes warned Schofield he had “picked on the wrong person” if he was “looking for a fight”., which denied there was a “toxic atmosphere” behind the scenes at the ITV daytime show and criticised the “the same handful of people with a grudge against me or the show who seem to have the loudest voice”.
ITV said it investigated rumours of Schofield’s affair in 2020, but said both parties “categorically and repeatedly denied the rumours as did Phillip’s then agency YMU”.
