Eddie Jones has reportedly resigned as Australia head coach just 10 months into a five-year contract after the Wallabies' pool-stage Rugby World Cup exit. In an interview with an Australian newspaper, Jones said: ' gave it a run. Hopefully be the catalyst for change. Sometimes you have to eat s*** for others to eat caviar further down the track.'Sky Sports News has contacted Rugby Australia for confirmation.
