And he's also a guy who gets angry like any other person - like any other coach - when things don't go well and when the team doesn't play well. Many believe City manager Guardiola has changed the fabric of the domestic game, with players from grassroots all the way up to the Premier League now encouraged to place more onus on possession, and keeping the ball on the floor at all costs.
