Two elderly victims have been targeted
Police believe two women were responsible for stealing an 89-year-old man's wallet in Preston as well as another theft on the same day.
Last week an appeal was launched to find the two women after the man's wallet was stolen out of his pocket. . The incident happened on December 20th at about 11am. Now, police say a second incident took place on the same day.An 85-year-old woman had her purse stolen from her handbag in Stringers Dept store in Lytham. PC Danielle Lilley, of Preston Police, said: “These crimes are despicable and callous acts of theft from elderly victims and I would urge anyone who knows these women or who has any information to get in touch.
