She recently toldthat she’s"very active" even though she doesn't do traditional workouts."I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active," she said.
Elizabeth also stays fit by avoiding processed foods."I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told."When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables." And she prefers to hit the farmer's market for the freshest finds."I buy everything else from a local farmer's market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food," she told
