Ellen has cancelled some of her tour dates Ellen DeGeneres has cancelled a number of dates in her comedy tour without explanation. Ellen, 66, is currently on her farewell tour Ellen’s Last Stand… Up which began on June 19th in San Diego. The tour is taking place across the US, but four dates taking place in Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago have been cancelled. A note on Ticketmaster’s website said: ‘Unfortunately, the event organiser has had to cancel your event.
‘It took a long time for me to want to do anything again,’ she added. At the time, Ellen addressed the accusations on her show, telling viewers: ‘As you may have heard, this summer there were allegations of a toxic work environment at our show and then there was an investigation,’ she said. ‘I learned that things happened here that never should have happened. I take that very seriously and I want to say I am so sorry to the people who were affected.
