Tickets for Shoreditch, Croydon and Wembley sold out within eight minutes after the final whistle on Wednesday.
Dressed in old-fashioned red and white and their faces painted with the St George Cross, fans were spotted waving flags and chanting ‘Come on England’. ‘2:1, Russo and James, I reckon,’ one fan predicted the final score. ‘Millie Bright, Mary Earps at the back, this is superb defence. ‘They are going to put their bodies on the line, their hearts on their sleeves and they are going to bring it home.’
