Man in clown suit berates Austin City Council over power outages
When Austin City Council members met to discuss the city-owned electric utility’s shaky performance during last week’s ice storm, they expected to get an earful.
In a bizarre piece of performance art, Alex Strenger excoriated Austin Energy, called for accountability for last week’s widespread power outages and for good measure took barbed shots at the city’s progressive politics.
