Dave Joerger, the former head coach of the Sacramento Kings, has put his ranch in El Dorado County on the market for $1.675 million.
A sale is pending for the El Dorado County ranch-estate of former Sacramento Kings head coach Dave Joerger.
Located in Shingle Springs, about 35 miles east of Sacramento, the 10-acre horse property came up for sale earlier this month for $1.675 million, records show. Called Sun Ridge Ranch, the property has a four-bedroom main house, a detached guest residence, a gym, an eight-car garage and horse facilities that include a 10-stall barn. Three ponds, creeks and multiple pastures are spread throughout grounds dotted by mature trees.

We have reason to believe that 360s and alley-oops could be even more powerful. It’s really a no-brainer, no extra heat generation, no carbon emissions—the only complaints we get are about aesthetics, from people not used to seeing sick windmills pounding the rim at every opportunity, but they’ll get used to it.” At press time, a California utility company had successfully lobbied the state to ban all windmill dunks for the next 20 years.
