A former security guard who worked at a Fort Worth bus station was sentenced to life in prison for sexual assaulting a 12-year-old girl who was looking for help.
A Tarrant County jury convicted Quincy Neighbors, 36, of aggravated sexual assault of a child Friday. His attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment., Neighbors was employed as a security guard at a Fort Worth bus station in April 2022 when a 12-year-old girl described as a runaway came to the station looking for help. Neighbors persuaded the child to get into his car and drove to a nearby park where he raped her, according to a news release.
