WASHINGTON - Brazil’s Central Bank President Roberto Campos Neto said on Sunday his message is “starting to stick” with investors and he expects an increase in capital flows to Latin America’s largest economy. Campos Neto, speaking at the International Banking Seminar in Washington, said investors are “understanding where we are going” with the economy and he expects to start to see more capital flows to Brazil from now on.
