Make-up industry icon Charlotte Tilbury has released another product line - the Collection of Emotions fragrance range. Beauty buffs are so excited to get their hands on the six unique fragrances claiming to transport you through different dimensions.
I am obsessed with fragrances, I've travelled Europe trying to learn as much as possible about them and I've even crafted my own. Mona Kattan's perfume library is a life goal of mine so it's no surprise that when six bottles of perfume showed up on my doorstep I squealed a little bit. It really does bring in a sense of calm bliss and I have a feeling on stressful days and holidays this will be something I reach for.Seeing frankincense in the notes, I was nervous. This was the first one that really brought out a strong reaction from me. It's spicy and warm. It's what I'd call a cuddle scent, when someone smells this on you they're going to want to get closer to you to get another sniff.
This reminds me of candied rose petals. It is comforting and feels a little vintage, I was immediately reminded of watching women in my family do their makeup at a dressing table as a child. It definitely provoked a feeling of love but not a romantic one. This smells like being on the beach with your friends. With your toes dipping into the warm sand and you're laughing with your best friends and having a great time. Like being on holiday and feeling so happy that it can't help but bubble to the surface.
