Lee Carsley ’s decision to overlook one player for his England squad has left fans fuming.Reacting on social media, Crystal Palace fans have been left fuming over Carsley’s decision not to include Adam Wharton.

Lee mate what are you doing.”When asked about the decision to pick Angel Gomes, Carsley said: “Angel’s very technical, controls the game with his skill and technique. Very determined, excellent attitude. Technically and tactically excellent. I think he’s a player that people are going to really be excited to see.”
He added: “It’s important to also recognise how well done in the past. We’ve come so close but I thought it was important to put some fresh faces in the squad.
