'If I have no restaurant, I have nowhere, it is my life. I would be devastated but I don't know what to do'
The owner of a much-loved Indian restaurant says he'll be forced to close his doors if a zebra crossing is introduced outside his business.
He said: "There will be no cars parked and the delivery people who deliver for the restaurant, they won't be able to stop their cars or lorries. Suppliers can't supply their goods. I could not believe they're doing that." "We have generations in this restaurant from the last 26 years and even the people who are younger come to my restaurant and they're bringing their children, so I am quite well-known around here. I'm doing OK, business is not bad.
"I have the love, but I don't know how to return that back. If I have no restaurant, I have nowhere, it is my life. I would be devastated but I don't know what to do."
