Lycoming County Senior Judge Kenneth D. Brown took that action Friday after being advised Matthew Troy Vargason, 26, of Williamsport, successfully completed a felony diversion program and paid full restitution of $1,435.to consolidated counts of recklessly endangering another person, false alarm and criminal mischief but had not sentenced due to him being admitted into the diversion program.

When he pleaded guilty, Vargason admitted acting recklessly and endangering other people although no one was injured as result of his actions.
