The real estate agent's first post on instagram in the wake of the controversy read: "Happiness takes belief, time and effort. Stay patient while it all works out." He followed this with a second post on his stories, which hinted at the 'struggle' his fiancee is going through. It said: "I'm thankful for my struggle because without it I wouldn't have stumbled across my strength."
Both of those posts were shared on November 11th, and then on November 12th he posted another motivational quote which was very apt.
