Fiona, 44, played Priya Sharma in Emmerdale for 11 years
Emmerdale star Fiona Wade has said she is missing her "family" from the ITV soap as she braves the "next chapter" of her career.
Fiona will perform the show in Merseyside when it comes to the Liverpool Empire from April 2 - 6, starring alongside Jay McGuiness, Vera Chock and George Rainsford in the production.READ MORE: Coronation Street fans unhappy after ITV soap bosses issue 'serious' update She said she is hoping to see more of Liverpool next month, but she may struggle as there'll be a whopping eight performances across five days.
"Emmerdale was wonderful, but very different. I was there for more than ten years, some of the cast are like my family and I do miss them.
