Emergency services have closed the road to deal with the incident.
Fire ripped through a building in Pollokshields in the early hours of the morning sending thick smoke across the sky.
Fire crews remain on the scene of the blaze which appears to have taken hold inside a building occupied by Persia Catering Equipment.Footage from the scene shows the flames bursting through the roof of the property with the fire already well-developed before emergency services arrived on the scene.
