Barry Keoghan will star alongside Cillian Murphy in the Netflix film
Netflix has unveiled a first look at Oscar nominee Barry Keoghan in the upcoming Peaky Blinders film. The image features the 32 year old actor, known for his roles in Saltburn and The Banshees Of Inisherin, donning a flat cap and leaning out of a car as he arrives at an industrial building. Details about Keoghan’s character remain under wraps as he stars alongside fellow Irish actor Cillian Murphy, who reprises his role as Birmingham gangster Tommy Shelby.
The firm said it would be filming a “series of action sequences at the Pilkington Glass Factory, on Canal Street.” It added this was for an “upcoming feature film” named The Immortal Man. An article on a Netflix fan website states this is the name for the new Peaky Blinders film appearing on the streaming service. The letter made no reference to Peaky Blinders however. The production company was approached for comment.
