First Minister Humza Yousaf's brother-in-law has been charged with abduction and extortion in a case linked to a man who died after falling from a flat window. A 36-year-old man was seriously injured after plummeting from a block of flats in Dundee's Morgan Street on 10 January. He died in hospital one week later. Ramsay El-Nakla, 36, was due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: 'A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

' El-Nakla, the brother of Mr Yousaf's wife, Dundee councillor Nadia El-Nakla, will be the fourth person to appear in the dock in connection with the incident. Jennifer Souter, 38, Stephen Stewart, 50, and Victoria McGowan, 41, all appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday. Souter made no plea to the charge of culpable homicide and was remanded in custody.
