CAR magazine UK reveals details of the Fisker Ronin electric supercar GT with pictures and specs
Fisker Ocean SUVThe brain behind the operation is Henrik Fisker – an automotive designer, coachbuilder and EV visionary who’s been focused on electrification and low-emission motoring since the late 2000s. Fisker’s first car project was the Karma – a range-extender GT that was in production in 2011.
Now, though, with Fisker Inc., Henrik and his team are entering the mainstream with some big recent announcements and a plan for growth. On top of the Ocean and the Ronin, the brand has announced a smaller Pear SUV and a new electric pick-up called theFirst of all, look at it. The Ronin’s curvy silhouette is clean and without too much visual fuss, and yet it still manages to look like the rest of the Fisker range.
The Ronin uses an aluminium space frame beneath its slinky bodywork, and includes massive 23-inch carbonfibre wheels, a folding carbonfibre roof, and rear-hinged rear doors for easier access to the back seats. Fisker also says the Ronin will use recycled and sustainable materials inside and features a 17.1-inch infotainment screen.
Fisker’s claims don’t get any less wild when it comes to performance, either. The brand is targeting a 600-mile range from its battery pack and e-motors, as well as projecting a power output of more than 1000bhp for a 0-62mph sprint over with in 2.3 seconds and a 170mph top speed. Want one? Fisker is taking deposits now, and expects to start producing them in the second half of 2025.
