A Florence man is in the Lauderdale County Detention Center after authorities say he triggered fire alarms at an apartment complex, and then attacked a law enforcement officer.
According to Florence police, Ruano pulled multiple fire alarms at Courtview Towers, 201 N. Pine St., a local apartment complex. There was no threat of fire.
