A Florida man who was captured on video fleeing from a law enforcement official, rammed his motorcycle into the Marion County deputy before getting taken into custody.

According to police, had Price stopped for the deputy, he would have been cited with a nonmoving violation and required to pay $116.Now, because he fled, Price faces a third-degree felony charge. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison, a $5,000 fine, a mandatory driver’s license suspension of one to five years and a mandatory adjudication of guilt, making him a convicted felon.
