Awesomely powerful Ford Capri ‘that once outran the police in a car chase’ sells for £23,000
A PRISTINE Ford Capri with an incredibly low mileage has gone on sale for an eye-watering sum - despite being nearly 40 years old.The model is often referred to as the Capri Brooklands after the unique shade of green in which it was painted.It was first registered in 1987 and sold after just six months to a Mr Chris Powell, who kept it until his death in 2013.
